The Devil Monster I ordered arrived in terrible condition. However, I contacted customer service and they promptly issued a refund and sent a replacement plant. Despite the initial issue, I'm satisfied with their resolution.

I ordered a Monstera Devil Monster but unfortunately, one of the leaves arrived slightly damaged during shipping.
I contacted customer service right away, and they were amazing!
Within a week, they sent me a replacement plant in perfect condition, at no extra cost. Thanks!

I was really excited to order but my experience was far from what I expected. The plant arrived in poor condition, with several damaged leaves and weak roots.
I tried reaching out to customer service, but they told me that if I return they will send another one .
I’m hesitant to order from here again.

Ich habe eine Monstera Lava und eine Monstera Devil Monster bestellt – beide sind in einwandfreiem Zustand angekommen! Die Pflanzen waren sicher verpackt, und der Kundenservice hat mir sogar Tipps zur Pflege gegeben. Absolute Empfehlung für Sammler seltener Monstera!

J'ai commandé un Philodendron Joepii Variegato et une Monstera Albo, et elles sont arrivées en excellent état ! Les feuilles sont magnifiques, et l'emballage était très soigné. Livraison rapide, service client réactif… Je recommanderai sans hésiter !
